Mr Chong and my dating anniversary falls on 18th March.
Because both of us are not the type of celebrating and gift giving of person, so we decided just to treat the day as a usual day.
And, a week before 18th March, Mr Chong received an invitation from his own company to have a night in Aloft Hotel (new hotel just beside KL Sentral which was constructed by Mr Chong's company), so we can give some feedback to the management team before it's grand opening. Then we were thinking why not just celebrate our anniversary with a night of sleep in this new hotel. Hehe!
Aloft KL Sentral is the sixth hotel brand in Malaysia under the Starwood group. Hmm... Le Meridien, Westin, Four Points and Sheraton are also under Starwood. So, we expected this will be a grand and nice hotel to stay in.
You can always check hotels under Starwood here : http://www.starwoodhotels.com
ALoft KL Sentral, where their concept is all about modern and vibrant, stylist and savvy,
at an affordable price.
4 days to go for grand opening on our checked in day.
The reception and check-in counter.
Very different with other hotels check-in counter.
The Lobby
The Lifts
The coffee area.
The computers and internet area.
All are MAC.
The cafe area. I was late for my breakfast on the next morning.
Hence, don't have any photo of the breakfast buffet they offer.
The pool table.
(There were a fashion event on that day, so lobby was crowded with a lot "atas" people. If not, i would have played few games before headed to my room.)
The corridor.
The bed in the room.
Mattress was just nice to sleep, that's why i overslept and missed my breakfast. XD
The view from window of the room.
Washroom. Big and trendy.
Love the big mirror. I wish i can have one like this when my new house is ready.
Photo of Mr Chong and me in front of the hotel. Cheesse!!
We went KL Sentral to have our dinner after that. Had dinner at a Malay restaurant. The meal was sucks to the max and not worth for me to mention here. Damn sad because my anniversary dinner just ruined like this.
Due to the suck meal we had, i bought some cakes from coffee bean to console my little taste buds so i can still feel sweet sweet and happy happy before i get into my bed. They were so so, nonetheless.
Anyway, still better than nothing.
That's all for our anniversary in 2013. Looking forward for next year anniversary because i have booked 2 tickets to BANGKOK!!!
Wuuhoo!! Can't wait to shop till pok!!!!
